A land of fine food and advanced agriculture, Gastrobury’s annual Gastro-Fest is attended by those near and wide. The gastronomican – an ancient book of cooking techniques and recipes – is passed through the ages with care and respect.

Gastrobury is an island known for its fine foods and agriculture, both of which are celebrated in its famous annual festival 'Gastro-Fest.' A notable part of the island's culture is the Gastronomican, an ancient cookbook passed down through the ages.

Gastrobury society revolves around the culinary arts so much that the island is governed by its Master Chef. Other members of the Gatrobury elite include the First Ingestor, the Senior Saucier, and the High Critic of Cuisine.

Gastrobury is inaccessible to the kingdom until a map to it is acquired and an exploration trip by boat is done by a hero. Gastrobury only requires 5 Resource Points to form an allegiance with.

Gastrobury must first be located by a Hero buying a map at the Village Shoppe and then taking the Ship to the island. Then the Kingdom can ally with the territory for 5 RP which will make the island available for annexation with the Gastro-Fest or Bust quest.

After discovering the independent island of Gastrobury. The Gastrobury's festive occasion, known as Gastro-Fest, was disrupted by a heavy rain cutting off their food supply and making their kingdom in a state of famine. This is an opportunity for your kingdom to help this territory to make their festive season into reality and sate their hunger and excitement to gain their loyalty.

Annexing Gastrobury unlocks 3 special sausage recipes that can be cooked using Sausage that the territory exports. In addition, positive buffs from food will last twice as long and all meals will last twice as long outside a larder before they spoil.
