Sometimes a man was just a man, and sometimes he was a bizarre medical enigma. The man that limped into <Kingdom> was the latter. He was exceptionally talented at having diseases. How would the professionals of <Kingdom> handle this, the most baffling case of their careers?
I Don't Feel So Good is a quest in The Sims Medieval in which a strangely diseased man comes to your kingdom and it's up to the professionals to figure out the cause and to cure him. This quest costs 3 QP and has two approaches.
Heal Him - a quest for the Jacoban Priest and Physician
Lost Cause - a quest for the Physician and Peteran Priest
