All We Need is Love is the only approach to the quest The Mirthful Love Doctor and costs 4 QP to start. This is a solo quest for the Physician. There are many choice paths in this quest, although the do not affect the main quest story, have fun with your choices!

Walkthrough

"Love was in the air... or was it?"

• Review Case Files at archives for 1 hr
• Write a note to yourself (archives)
• Ask <Daisy> the Patient what the problem is
• Inspect <Daisy> the Patient's vitals
• Give <Daisy> a placebo shot

Choice - (1) She's pregnant -or- (2) Going to die of typhoid

1) Pregnant- Tell <Daisy> she's pregnant! --> Listen to question

• Choice- Marry him for propriety -or- It would be a mistake (choice doesn't effect quest)

2) Typhoid- Tell <Daisy> she has typhoid

• Ask the new patient what's wrong

Choice- Yes he will get over his breakup -or- No he will die unhappy

• Invite <Harry> to the ocean --> Find a shell for <Harry> (click around on the sand) --> Give the seashell to <Harry>

• Return to the Clinic
• Scrutinize appearance in the miror
• Ask <Lamont> the Patient what the problem is
• Kiss <Lamont> the Patient scientifically

Choice - Horrible kissing technique -or- Bad breath

1. Technique- Tell <Lamont> he is bad at kissing --> Practice kissing technique with <Lamont> --> Keep practicing kissing technique with <Lamont> (do three times)
2. Breathe- Tell <Lamont> he has bad breath --> Craft Mouthwash --> Give Mouthwash to Lamont --> Kiss Lamont while assessing breath

• Check up on <Harry>

Choice - Harry should be straightforward -or- Be creative

• Give Harry a lucky hug goodbye

• Ask the next patient what's wrong

Choice - Force it off! -or- Craft a working key

1. Force- Remove chastity belt with force --> (doesn't work, craft key on choice 2)
2. Key - Pick up metal scraps at village --> Collect acid ants in the cave --> Craft a chastity belt key (crafting table) --> Unlock <Melissa>'s chastity belt

• Ask the next patient what's wrong

Choice - Suggest a sexier wardrobe -or- I have just the thing...

1. Wardrobe- Make over <Kacey> in a sexy new outfit (at a wardrobe)
2. Thing- Give <Kacey> the chastity belt

• Ask <Harry> how he's doing

• Find the message in a bottle at the beach

• Sleep until well rested
• Research Strange Illness at archives
• Check in on <Lamont> the Patient --> Listen to <Lamont>'s problem
• Explain how babies are made to Lamont

Choice - No that's too far -or- Okay but I'll keep it professional

1. No- Decline Lamont's proposition
2. Okay- Woohoo with Lamont (do romance interactions until Woohoo is available; see Trivia below)

• Get deciphered message from Lamont

• Follow the note's instructions (go to Forest)
• Confront Secret Admirer

Choice - Yes! I have a crush on you -or- No! I don't share your feelings

1. Yes-Kiss Harry with all your heart
2. No- Give Harry a heartfelt, friendly Embrace

Trivia

• Mouthwash recipe will be available for your hero sim to make once this quest is complete
• Key to Chastity Belt  will be available once this quest is complete, although the ingredients are not available, making it impossible to craft again.
• if you choose to Woohoo with the patient, it is possible for your female hero sim to become pregnant... to avoid, save before Woohoo. If you hear the baby chime after, reload and try again.
